PURPOSE:To take out and distribute a portion of fluid independently from the powder material, when distributing the mixture of powder material and fluid uniformly with desired ratio, by fluidifying the powder material and the fluid in the fluid section. CONSTITUTION:Coal particles in a coal hopper 2 is led through a constant volume feeder 28 to a sieving machine 30 thus to feed fine coal particles to a dispersing device 26 while to lead the devulcanizing agent in a devulcanizing agent hopper 31 through a constant volume feeder 32 to a sieving machine 33 and to feed the fine devulcanizing agent to the dispersing device 26. Coarse coal particles and coarse devulcanizing agent are sprayed through a spreader 20 over the upper portion of a fluid layer 21. Hot air is fed through a fluid inlet 34 of the dispersing device 26 to dry and mix the fine coal particles and fine devulcanizing agent fed onto an air dispersing board 11 while fluidifying through said hot air and to feed through a distrubition tube 5 to a fluid layer combustion furnace 25. The air to be fed through a fan 35 is preheated through an air-heater 37 then used as the fluidifying fluid. In other words, the hot exhaust is taken out from a fluid take-out tube 38 and circulated. |
