摘要 The invention relates to apparatuses of the <<spherical reflecting mirror>> type collecting solar energy, in very great quantities, irrespective of the site (mountains, plains, tropical and equatorial arid regions), according to a particular device having small plane mirrors 3 attached to their corresponding support 2. The mirror is attached to a rigid framework 10 connected to the mirror, this framework supporting, at its end, a conversion and generating system for the light radiation and thermal radiation 11. This overall design enables the apparatus, without interruption during daily movement, to be harnessed with a high solar-power efficiency. Among the most beneficial applications of the invention, mention may be made of the supply of very high concentrations of energy, the cost of which, relatively low, becomes zero long term for a predetermined duration of operation and whose reserves (solar energy) are virtually inexhaustible. These energy sources 5 (light, heat, electricity), the major criterion of which is cost effectiveness, can be very useful in advanced (leading-edge) technologies: photonic information technology, lasers, telecommunication, medical research, habitat. These mirrors, installed in arid regions depending on the importance of the operation, can supply energy to water-irrigation pumping stations.
