The wind tunnel has an air flow generator (5) and an arrangement for the suspension of objects (13) under test in the air flow and also for the mounting of measuring instruments (26) outside the flow of air. Parallel to the flow of air is arranged a rail track (11), for a bogie on which is fixed one of the objects under test and which is movable. In addition measuring probes can be mounted on it and the bogie is also suitable for the mounting of measurement equipment.
