The apparatus according to the invention comprises: - a motor 1, a beater 2 consisting of four arms 3 which break the shell and rip the membrane, - motor reducers 6 and 13 with limit-of-travel stops which are controlled by a electronic chronocontactor on the potentiometer of which the time of operation of the motor 1 can be adjusted, - a plate 7 which positions the egg above the beater 2 pulls it towards a plate 14 in the shape of a spiral which expels it through the opening 15 of a rubber membrane 16, - a plate 9 opens and closes a flap 11 permitting the passage of an egg, and the projection 24 of the plate 7 actuates the element 20 of the unlocking device for the eggs at the outlet of the hopper, - a photoelectric trigger 19; during the presence of an egg in the compartment, its relay in the rest position establishes the supply of the motors 1, 6 and 13 and its relay in the work position establishes the supply of a sonorous vibrator and of a visual indicator indicating that the apparatus has completed its job. <IMAGE>
