PURPOSE: A method is provided to accumulate/deliver voice messages and advertising messages, when there is a telephone trouble, when the line is busy, and when it is a receiver-absent state. CONSTITUTION: A method for delivering voice messages by accumulating the voice messages comprises the steps of: an advertisement message storage device receiving information related to an advertisement from outside, recording advertising messages, abstracting a telephone number included in a corresponding area by making information of the advertising area as a key value, and connecting the abstracted telephone number with the advertisement messages; a voice accumulating/delivering device accepting a telephone trouble from a telephone trouble reporter, examining a telephone trouble state, recording voice messages when receiving a voice messages request from the telephone trouble reporter, and connecting the recorded voice messages with the reported telephone number; and the voice accumulating/delivering device generating a call by confirming the examined telephone state, abstracting the advertisement messages connected to the corresponding telephone number in the storage device, and transmitting the voice messages and the advertisement messages, connected to the corresponding telephone number, to the corresponding telephone number. |
