<p>Apparatus for measuring flow and simultaneously indicating the presence of a condition making the flow indications invalid comprises two flow restrictions (17, 19) disposed in a flow conduit (15) section with respective upstream pressure sensing transducers (27, 29). A microcomputer (31) connected to the pressure transducers compares the sensed pressures to detect the presence of an invalidating condition and determines from the sensed pressures the volumetric flow rate. A display (33, 39) displays the flow rate and an indication of any invalidating condition.</p> |
