The tractor-towed implement comprises a horizontal frame (1) with a saddle (2) for the operator and a towing bar (3) with a coupling. Two flat-rimmed wheels (4) are arranged at a downwardly converging angle with a plough share (9) ahead of the wheels. Two downwardly converging planting discs (6) between the wheels ahead of the saddle rotate in the same direction as the wheels. The wheels are hollow and a container concentrically integral the inner side of one wheel receives insecticide or herbicide etc. from a supply tank on the unit via a tube (8). The fluid is distributed via tubes within the wheel to outlet orifices (5) on the inner side of the rim.
