In a tool for the hydro-mechanical winning of mineral raw materials or bituminous materials, in particular a cutting head, having a nozzle feed passage, accommodated in its housing, a nozzle swivel body, nozzle, swivel drive and a blade arranged on the housing, the nozzle swivel body (2) of cylindrical design is mounted in rolling-contact bearings (3), in particular tapered roller bearings. The nozzle feed passage (4, 4') has as far as possible a continuous run. A steadying section (6) with power converter (5) is provided in front of the nozzle (7). The area in which the nozzle is swivelled has a certain clearance angle alpha . A rotary transmission leadthrough (9) for the nozzle feed passage (4, 4') is arranged in the nozzle swivel body (2). The swivel drive (15) is located inside the housing (1). The cutting edge of the blade (8, 8') is interrupted over the width of the cutting head. <IMAGE>
