<p>The attachment element (2) is intended to be attached to the removable part of the prosthesis. To this end, it is housed in a casing (3) which is itself incorporated into the said part of the prosthesis either by means of the lost-wax process, or by means of polymerisation, or, alternatively, by means of a linked casting.
