Patellar ligament bandage consisting of a band to be placed around the leg below the patella, the band having a functional portion (2) acting on the patellar ligament and closure elements (7, 8) attached to the functional portion, characterised in that the functional portion (2) has a zone (9) associated with the interval between the patella and the Tuberositas tibiae and which has a width corresponding substantially to the width of this interval, a shape adapted to the associated part of the leg, and a bulge (11) located on its inner side and intended for pressure on the patellar ligament.
