The shoe comprises a sole, an insole and an upper, having one or more passages (4,6) running in the lengthwise direction inside the sole (1). These lead at one end to openings in the vertical wall of the sole at the back and thus to the open air. At the other end, the passages lead to a chamber (7) at the front and below the insole, which is perforated at this point.
