For transferring at least one flexible line between a component which can be turned and a component which is fixed in relation to the latter, an intermediate storage arrangement is proposed, which has winding cores which are arranged parallel to one another. The first winding core is stationary and the second winding core is arranged so as to be rotatable about the first winding core, while turning around its own axis, in planetary fashion. The second winding core is rotatably connected to the shaft of the component which can be turned, without there being a difference in the rotary movement. Furthermore, the second winding core is kinematically connected to the first winding core, with a transmission ratio which corresponds to the ratio of their circumferences. The flexible line is, starting from a hollow shaft of the component which can be turned, carried parallel to the rotary connection arrangement between the said component and the second winding core up to the second winding core, wraps around the latter, is then guided up to the first winding core, wraps around the first winding core as well and is guided onwards by the wrap-around end there. The apparatus is particularly well suited for transferring glass fibre cables, which pose problems when passed through slip ring arrangements.
