<p>derivs. of formula (I), in which X and R1 can be various gps., and a,b,c,d are 0-2 are made by (a) reaction of a cpd. of formula (II) with a cpd. of formula (III) in isopropyl alcohol and stirred at ambient temp.; (b) reaction of the prod. with methyl hydrazine in dimethyl formamide and stirred at around 40 deg. C; and (c) sepn. of oily prod. and purificn. by conventional methods.</p> |
