PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidification ventilation device that can save time and labor in a work for connecting refrigerant piping to connecting piping, and can prevent the generation of water leakage. SOLUTION: A dehumidifier 9 being incorporated into a humidification unit 3 is an evaporator (a heat exchanger) in a heat pump cycle, and a refrigerant is circulated and supplied to refrigerant piping 25 and 26 of the evaporator from an outdoor machine via connection piping 51 and 51. Connecting piping connection parts 25a and 26a of the refrigerant piping 25 and 26 are disposed in a casing 3e, a cutout part 52 for exposing the connecting piping connection parts 25a and 26a is formed in the casing 3e, and further, a drain pan 60 is positioned directly below the connecting piping connection parts 25a and 26a. In order to maintain the airtightness of the casing 3e, a piping cover 53 is fitted to cover the cutout part 52. In the piping cover 53, a cutout 59 for taking out the connecting piping 51 and 51 to the outside of the casing 3e is formed.
