PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate removing work of temporary members after constructing a diaphragm floor by reducing the manday of work and material quantity necessary for constructing the diaphragm floor. SOLUTION: In this construction method, support structures 12 and 13 are provided below the floor of diaphragm floor 10 in contact to RCCV 101 wall part and RPV pedestal 107, an iron beam 4 is placed on the support structures 12 and 13 at a lower position than below the floor bottom of the diaphragm floor 10, small iron beams 16 fixed to the iron beam 4 are placed, a seal plate 6 is laid on the nearly same elevation position as the upper surface of the small iron beams 16, iron beams 7 are arranged above the seal plate 6, RCCV concrete 11 is placed after bar arrangement, and the diaphragm floor concrete 8 is placed on the seal plate. Thus, a gap 1 is provided in between the bottom of the diaphragm floor 10.
