<p>Process for obtaining new imidazole derivatives of indanocarboxylic acids. Comprises reacting esters of general formula II with haloacetyl chlorides of general formula IV, thus obtaining esters of general formula III which are caused to react with imidazole, obtaining compounds of general formula (I, A: CO, R: C1-C4 alkyl), which can be subsequently hydrolysed to the corresponding acids of general formula (I, A: CO, R: H), and in turn these can be reduced with hydrazine and potassium hydroxide to compounds of general formula (I, A: CH2, R: H). Of pharmacological application because of their anti- clotting and anti-platelet-aggregating effects. <IMAGE></p> |
