PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a hot packed lunch in a hermetically sealed type to be sold while preserving the packed lunch in a heat-keeping box at a stall in a station, a convenient store, a fast food store or the like. SOLUTION: A container body (a) is charged with a prescribed amount of goods b, and a given amount of a mixed fluid of an inert gas and steam in a given ratio, or a high-temperature inert gas is blown to the gas phase part c in the container body (a) to flash-replace the gas phase part c with the mixed fluid or the high-temperature inert gas. Just after the replacement, the container body (a) is hermetically sealed by using a sealing material d so as to encapsulate the mixed gas or the high-temperature inert gas in the gas phase part c, and the sealed product is heat-sterilized at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time to provide the objective packed lunch. |
