PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food which is blended with a large amount of digestion resistant dextrin and capable of being easily taken in habitually and continuously. SOLUTION: This functional coffee having a suppressing action on elevation of a blood-glucose level and capable of easily being taken in habitually and continuously is obtained by mixing <=5 pts.wt. of water soluble digestion resistant dextrin with 1 pt.wt. of soluble coffee powder. |
