PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter top board mounting structure capable of mounting and dismounting a top board easily. SOLUTION: A structure for mounting a counter top board 5 on a plurality of brackets 12 overhung from a wall surface Wa is formed so that a locking tool 16 is provided between the brackets 12 and the top board 5, the top board 5 is pressed against the wall surface Wa to bring the locking device 16 into a locked condition, and the top board 5 is extracted to this side so as to bring the locking tool 16 into an unlocked condition. The pressing and extraction can be performed with the top board 5 put on the bracket 12. The locking tool 16 comprises a fixed side locking piece 12p overhung from the bracket 12 and a movable side locking piece 48 overhung to the bottom surface side of the top board 5, and the upper surface side of the movable side locking piece 48 is locked to the lower surface side of the fixed side locking piece 12p.
