PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning aqueous solution for a beer dispenser as a beer server, for particularly, being excellent in detergency and bactericidal activity, without containing caustic soda as in a conventional cleaning aqueous solution, and besides being excellent in safety of a cleaning opearator. SOLUTION: A beer dispenser cleaning aqueous solution comprises an adduct of an inorganic alkali salt with hydrogen peroxide and an organic chelating agent as an essential component, and according to demand, further an anionic surfactant and/or an inorganic alkali salt. The adduct of the inorganic alkali salt with the hydrogen peroxide is that of sodium carbonate and/or sodium borate with the hydrogen peroxide, and 0.5-15 wt.% of the adduct is contained in the cleaning aqueous solution. The organic chelating agent is an alkali salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA) or diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid(DTPA), and 0.5-10 wt.% of the chelating agent is contained in the solution. The anionic surfactant of 0.0005-0.1 wt.% and the inorganic alkali-salt of 0.5-5 wt.% are contained in the solution. |
