<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for attaching ice to a foodstuff, capable of forming a thin ice coating film having uniform thickness on the whole surface of a foodstuff. SOLUTION: An immersion bucket 4 to which a foodstuff is fed is provided with plural drain holes 12 and inverted from a horizontal position 47 into an inversion position 48 by an inverting means 9. A foodstuff in the immersion bucket 4 is immersed in water in a storage tank 15 at the horizontal position 47, stirred by a water flow and fed from the inversion position 48 to a stirring bucket 5 equipped with a stirring means 16. The immersed foodstuff is mutually separated in the stirring bucket 5 by the stirring means 16 to form a thin ice coating film having uniform thickness on the whole surface.</p> |
