摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the energy efficiency of the whole furnace by executing a control so that the flow rate of a raw material is increased with respect to a pass whose efficiency is high, and said rate is decreased with respect to a pass whose efficiency is low, when heating the raw material flowing through channels (passes) of plural systems by a large-sized heating furnace. CONSTITUTION:A raw material from a raw material pipeline 22 is shunted to passes 22a, 22b and 22c of three systems and heated by a heating furnace 21, and thereafter, combined. Raw material temperatures T1-T3 in furnace outlets in each pass are detected by temperature transmitters 30-1-30-3, sent to a pass flow rate correcting and operating part 29, and a flow rate correcting quantity of each pass is derived. They are added to set values from ratio setting devices 24-1-24-3 by adders 28-1, 28-3, and go to control signals for adjusting an in-pass raw material flow rate at the inlet side of the heating furnace 21 by flow rate controllers 27-1-27-3.
