The injection molding and cast. molding were invented to manufacture a multi-layer polyurethane sole. A liquid composition of polyurethane is poured into a cast mold. The liquid composition is poured all at once to form a one-body molding. The out line is determined by the side flask of the mold. This method improves productivity lowers production costs, and can be used to produce various styles of shoes.
