PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage decomposing treating device which is suitable for use as a large-sized device for business. SOLUTION: The garbage decomposing treating device is provided with a rotatable garbage decomposing treating drum 10 for accommodating garbage and a fungous bed in which fungous strains composed of plural soil fungi are blended with porous inorganic materials and an agitating means rotating in a direction different from a rotation direction of the garbage decomposing treating drum 10 in order to agitate interior contents in the garbage decomposing treating drum 10. Further. a dehydrator 3 for previously dehydrating the garbage supplied to the garbage decomposing treating drum 10 is installed and a scraping plate is attached to a top end of the agitating means. Further, respective roller pairs 12, 13 for supporting and rolling the garbage decomposing treating drum 10 are attached to a base pedestal via an elastic means.
