PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noble fluid circuit pipe capable of connection with a metal tube, of reducing an inner diameter to the utmost, and of effectively preventing adhesion of contaminant and generation of vibration. SOLUTION: Metal nuts 7, 9 are screwed onto opposite ends of a polyethylene tetrafluoride made tube 5, which is inserted into a copper outer tube 3 with the one nut 7 pressure inserted and caulked into the outer tube 3 to be hereby fixed in an airtight manner and with the other nut 9 brought into a state where it is brought into slidably contact with the outer tube 3. Accordingly, the tube 5 is reasonably bent together with the outer tube 3 and welded to another piping through the outer tube 3, and a substantial inner diameter of the outer tube 3 is that is the tube 5, so that it is easy to reduce the inner diameter to shorten the length to the utmost, and since the tube is made of synthetic resin, adhesion of contaminant and generation of vibration are effectively prevented.
