On the surface of a polyethylene sheet, minute prominences and depressions were formed without destroying the gloss of the surface. This process includes a roller for loading the polyethylene sheet, a rewinding roller, a transport roller, and a generator of high frequency waves. By treating the sheet with high frequency waves, minute and dense impressions are formed on the surface of the polyethylene sheets. This process makes the polyethylene sheets printable.
