摘要 The ejector possesses a functional part (6) arranged in one mould half (4b) fixed detachably on the movable mould mounting plate (2) and a hydraulic drive part (7) arranged on the movable mould mounting plate (2). A coupling plunger (17) loaded in the coupling direction by a spring (18) is guided in a head bush (13) connected to the ejector plunger of the drive part (7). The coupling plunger (17) is movably connected to conical clamping wedges (16) which, in the coupling position, are supported on a transmission pin (10) of the functional part (6) of the ejector. The spring (18) presses the clamping wedges (16) into a conical hub (15a) which is firmly connected to the head bush (13). Frictional locking between the drive part (7) and functional part (6) of the ejector is thereby produced. The frictional locking is cancelled by the pressure loading of the coupling plunger (17) counter to the spring (18), so that the functional part and drive part of the ejector can be axially separated. The coupling device can be automated and is especially suitable for injection moulding machines with an automatically exchangeable mould unit. <IMAGE>
