PURPOSE: A dual activation state control method is provided to prevent generation of an abnormal dual activation state by controlling a dual activation state of a corresponding processor and a dual activation state transition. CONSTITUTION: A dual activation state control method is described in which each processor confirms an abnormal dual activation state(S31). In case of the abnormal dual activation state(oneself is at an activation state and a twin is at an activation state), whether oneself is an A side is confirmed(S32). If oneself is the A side, the activation state is maintained(S33). If oneself is not the A side, a state transitions from the activation state to an inactivation state(S34).
