PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for computing enterprise economic value evaluation information (MEP) which is a new index and could be a standard for judging qualification as investment object for enterprise from such a point of view that if a profit surpassing the capital cost is yielded so as to display in a comprehensible form using a computer. SOLUTION: The following is executed in this method: processing of storing each data of profit after tax, net trade assets and capital cost ratio picked up from accounting data for at least one or more of corporate sector in a memory; processing of computing, based on the above data stored in a memory, an economic value evaluation information (MEP); and processing of displaying, on a display screen, the computed MEP in combination with capital efficiency evaluation value and net trade assets.
