A driving mechanism for the cleaning blade comprises a drum (13), a cleaning blade (11) fixed on a bar (9), a fan-shape gear (3) linked with a power gear (1), and a cam (6) on the shaft of the gear (2). The cam (6) is contacted with the back side of the bar (9), so that the cleaning blade is contacted or released to/from the drum according to the relation of the cam, which is linked to the power gear.
