<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage electronic documents interchanged between enterprises on the workflow. SOLUTION: In this electronic document custody system, a server 4 keeping electronic documents in custody is connected to the Internet, and the server 4 is provided with an electronic document custody chamber 5 keeping delivery document group composed of object group and its entity data which have parentage and are generated by an object language program in custody, and a workflow processing part 15 which, regarding delivery document group stored in the electronic document custody chamber 5, makes related parties approve, and circulates the approved delivery document group to concerned recipients as appropriate.</p> |
