<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an system to input data of orders and quotations to a personal computer, and to manage all jobs unitarily by accumulating them, and to issue them collectively for every delivery date or customer. SOLUTION: In the system, at the time of inputting order slips or quotation slips to a personal computer, conventional consecutive numbers distinguishing from order numbers or quotation numbers are not given, but only items distinguishing the difference between order slips and quotation slips are added. Therefore, those slips are searched for every delivery data and customer, and the same line data are reconstructed at anytime as one group so as to be numbered consecutively at a fist as forms of statement of delivery, so that they are issued as proper data.</p> |
