PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component holding head capable of easily setting at least either the exchanging and cleaning work of a filter or the exchanging and cleaning period of the filter. SOLUTION: A filter insertion hole 114 is opened on the outer face of a filter mounting part 112 so that this can reach a negative pressure passage 76, and an engaging part 122 is formed on the outer face of a filter mounting part. Transparent polypropylene filter holding member 132 and closing member 130 are integrally formed, a filter 110 is fixed to the filter holding member 132, and pairs of arms 150 and control levers 170 are formed at the closing member 130. In viewing the filter 110 from the outside through the transparent closing member 130 when it is dirty, it is exchanged. The pair of control levers 170 are elastically deformed in the mutually approaching directions so that the arms 150 can be opened, and the engagement of an engagement pawl 152 and the engaging part 122 is released so that the filter 110 can be pulled out of the filter insertion hole 114. The filter 110 is inserted into the filter insertion hole 114, and the engagement pawl 152 is engaged with the engaging part 122. |
