Device for keeping a volume of beer under a vacuum in a flexible metallised bag 1 which is itself stored inside a refrigerated container 3. The invention therefore enables beer to be received in bulk via a tanker lorry. A pump 2 located under this container 3 enables the product to be raised to the consumer's glass. The device therefore comprises a flexible metallised bag 1 stored inside a container 3 refrigerated by an arrangement of coiled tubes 8 containing the freon and supplied by a unit 10. The beer is introduced through the hole 5 at the top of the flexible metallised bag 1 and delivered to the consumer's glass by means of an electric pump 2. The device of the invention is chiefly intended for bars where it is desired not to use metal barrels with all their drawbacks. Storing and serving are facilitated at the same time as costs are greatly reduced. <IMAGE>
