<p>A keyboard input operation of URL in case where a user of an internet accesses each home page is made unnecessary, and an easy access is made possible. The URL of the home page of the internet is converted into a bar code or two-dimensional information (hereafter, referred to as _bar code, etc._) encoded in compliance with prescribed rules and standards, and this is printed on commodities, packages and explanatory notes of the commodities, leaflets, posters, magazines and the like, and distributed. Further, by taking the distributed bar code, etc. by a scanner and converting the bar code, etc. read by a program into a URL without accessing a home page of a URL conversion service trader, there is provided a function of accessing the home page having that URL.</p> |
