PURPOSE:To improve damping ability against vibration and impact and to facilitate molding properties, by a method wherein at least either a rail body or a slide body is formed with a cylindrically-extended base body made of a metal and 9 filling member, with which the base body is filled. CONSTITUTION:A slide body 30 is formed with a base body 40 bent in an inverted recess and epoxy.concrete 50 with which the hollow part thereof is filled, and includes a pair of sleeve parts 32 and a coupling part 34 for intercoupling the sleeves. Circular ball rolling grooves 42 are formed in 2 stages of the one being the upper and the other being the lower in the inner surface of each sleeve, and the base body 40 has a seam formed in the central part of the under surface of the coupling part 34. The epoxy.concrete 52, with which each sleeve is formed, has rectilinearly-extended ball return holes 54 formed in 2 stages of the one being the upper and the other being the lower throughout the overall length of concrete 52.
