A dilatation strip for joining slabs, tiles or the like to be laid on a base by the thin bed method, wherein two vertical first webs of rigid plastic facing the base are moulded on, in the joint between these webs at least one dilatation strip of flexible plastic material, which partially fills the joint and is flush with the top edge of the webs, is moulded on, and at the bottom edge of the webs parallel webs projecting laterally therefrom are moulded on. The dilatation strip can be held securely and non-tiltably between the tiles without anchoring in the substructure being necessary. It is easy to manufacture. |
