PURPOSE:To obtain a natural scene transfer effect in which a color picture pattern is transited into a natural chromakey synthesized pattern on the basis of a colorless video signal by keeping a color video pattern even with chromakey-on from the state of chromakey-off, e.g., mix-on so as to increase the fadar level. CONSTITUTION:A control signal generating circuit 33 receives a charomakey on/ off signal from a terminal 28 and a fadar limit signal from terminal 32 and changes over an output of a video switching circuit 24 into a colorless video signal being an output of a chromakey generating circuit 23 only with the chromakey-on and also full fadar. As a result, when a chromakey on/off control signal from the terminal 28 is in off-state, e.g., at mix-on, the output of a video signal switch circuit 24 is a color video signal from a distribution circuit 22, and the output of a key signal switching circuit 26 is a color video signal from a distribution circuit 22, and the output of a key gain control circuit 30 mixes the output of the distribution circuit 22, that is, the color video signal being the output of a color image pickup device 21 and the video signal from a terminal 29 in response to the fadar level. |
