CONSTITUTION:A rotary roller body 1 provided with rugged surface 2 fixed to the belt surface 9A via the contact friction on its periphery is pivotally fitted in a case 3 rotatably, and a belt pinching plate 5 is fixed to the case 3 via an adequate belt inserting gap 4 around the roller body 1. The case 3 is fitted to one end of a belt 9 with a belt fitting gear 10, the other end of the belt 9 is inserted into the belt inserting gap 4, and its length is adjusted via the rotation of the roller body 1. |
