PURPOSE:To improve storing performance by heating an outer case in the vicinity of terminal window and a collector with roller after pressing them with metal dies on the occasion of laminating the positive and negative collectors to a film- type outer case. CONSTITUTION:After the terminal windows 4, 5 and a guide hole 10 are proviously provided to a film-type outer case such as polyester, etc. and a negative collector 2 and a positive collector 3 are positioned, these are pressed and laminated with the metal dies which are heated at the round part R in the vicinity of terminal windows 4, 5 and are heated and laminated with a pair of rollers with the one made of metal and the other made of rubber. The negative pole 6 consisting of lithium, the positive pole 7 consisting of carbon fluoride and a separator 8 are arranged between the collectors 2, 3 and these are sealed with a sealing part 9 in order to form a flat bettery. Therefore, the storing performance of battery can be extended by improving strength of laminate in the vicinity of the terminal windows 4, 5. |
