PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pump seawater or lake water in the cases of a disaster or water supply cutoff to bring it to a disaster place or a water supply cutoff place to supply water for drinking. SOLUTION: A forced-supplying pump 5 for supplying sea water or raw plain water to be stored in a tank 3 is supported at a vehicle 2. The pump 5 is driven by driving force transmitted from the output shaft (not shown in the figure) of an engine of the vehicle 2. The raw plain water or sea water in the water-feeding tank 3 is fed to four RO modules 6 through a pipeline 7 from the side of the pump 5 as shown in the figure 1. Fresh water for drinking produced by the reverse osmotic membrane of each module 6 is fed in the direction of an arrow A through a pipeline 8 and passes through a check valve 9 first. A water pouring ejector 10 is arranged on the downstream side of the valve 9. The ejector 10 absorbs and adds chlorinated water in a chlorinated water tan 11 to the fresh water supplied in the direction of the arrow A and the fresh water for drinking produced in this way is supplied from a water supplying port 14.
