PURPOSE:To prevent the increase in the transmission loss of a welded part, optical fiber part, etc. and to prevent disconnection trouble by fixing an optical fiber cable via a movement protective base for the optical fiber cable. CONSTITUTION:The movement protective base 20 for the optical fiber cable is made of a rho-shaped body. Said base has a groove 21 for guiding the FRP-coated optical fiber cable as the shape implies. Lock holes 22 for movement protection and set screw holes 23 for cross arm braces of the FRP coating are provided on both sides thereof. Each cross arm brace of the FRP coating has a cross arm brace 24, the groove 21 for guiding the FRP coating, rubber 25, 26, set screw 27 for the cross arm brace and a lock screw 28 for movement protection. The bases 20 made of the rho-shaped bodies are fixed preliminarily to face each other in a joint box 11 and the FRP coating part of a replacement type optical fiber composite overhead ground wire OPGW13 is inserted into the base along the guide 21 and the braces 24 are successively fastened by means of the screws 27 and the screws 28 from above. The optical fiber cables 1 which are emerged from the grooves 21 and are removed of the FRP are welded to each other at a welding point 10, by which the juncture is constituted. |
