PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing and improve the strength of the solar heat collector by manufacturing a reflecting plate by an aluminum coated steel sheet 4a produced by powdering method. CONSTITUTION:Degreasing and pickling of the steel sheet 4a, from which a base member is produced, are effected in a pretreatment process 6. Powdered aluminum is coated uniformly on the surface of the steel sheet 4a in the coating process 7 using the powdered aluminum. Next, drying and deaeration of the steel sheet, on which the powdered aluminum is coated, are effected in the drying and heating process 8. Further, the sheet is rolled in rolling process 9 and finishing heat treatment is effected in heating process 10. Thereafter, the aluminum film 4b is adhered to the steel sheet 4a in tempering rolling process 11 and pin holes in the film 4b are eliminated at the same time. Finally, the base material is cut into a proper length, formed into paraboloidal surface and thereby finishing the reflecting plate 4. |
