<p>PURPOSE:To prevent surely the deterioration of heat transfer efficiency in the heating device for the liquid tank in a metal surface processing equipment or the like by a method wherein liquid, introduced from the liquid tank, is sprayed to contact it with a heating means and, thereafter, the liquid is flowed into the liquid tank. CONSTITUTION:A pump P is driven to take the working liquid out of the liquid tank 1 under supplying heat medium to the heating means 6 from a heat medium supplying means 7 and the heat medium is injected into a spray chamber 2 from a spray nozzle mechanism 3. The heating means 6 is arranged in the dropping area of the spray, therefore, the working liquid, dispersed like a shower, contacts with the heating means 6 and, thereafter, is flowed into the liquid tank 1. The working liquid in the liquid tank is heated by repeating this operation. In case a warm-air blowing unit 16 is provided in the spray chamber 2, the working liquid is heated more rapidly. When the temperature of the working liquid has risen to a predetermined temperature in such manner, a work W to be processed is inserted and the working liquid is sprayed to the work W through the spray nozzle mechanism 3 or the work W is dipped into the liquid in the liquid tank 1.</p> |
