摘要 PURPOSE:To execute cutting of a uniform speed of a spiral shape of a pitch variable form by a simple program, by setting a prescribed parameter. CONSTITUTION:First of all a radius R0 of a start point of a spiral segment, a rotational angle thetaG of an end point, a pitch constant PO, a pitch variable constant DELTAP and a cutting speed (v) are set. Subsequently, based on these set values, a rotational quantity DELTAtheta for cutting the spiral segment in a very small time DELTAT from an optional point Pn is derived. Next, a radius difference DELTAr of a point Pn+1 after a rotation of this rotational quantity DELTAtheta, and the point Pn is derived. Also, these rotational angle DELTAtheta and radius difference DELTAr are interpolated linearly at the same time. When the rotational angle of the point Pn+1 coincides with the angle of the end point, the interpolation is ended. In this way, the variable pitch type spiral segment can be interpolated at a cutting speed of a uniform speed.
