PURPOSE:To achieve kneading better, causing injecting and kneading (measuring) to be easily controlled by carrying out injecting due to screw action and applying back pressure to the screw by a servo motor. CONSTITUTION:The tip screw of a screw shaft 1 is fitted into a heating cylinder 2, and the rear portion of said shaft is freely rotatably fixed to a pressure plate 4 by way of a thrust bearing 3. The rear end of the screw shaft 1 is connected to the motor shaft 14 of a servomotor M1 by way of a spline connection 5 and gears 6, 10. The pressure plate 4 is fixed to nuts 7, 7' screw-fitted with ball screws 8, 8', and the ball-screws 8, 8' are connected to the motor shaft 15 of a servomotor M2 by way of gears 9, 9' and a gear 11. |
