发明名称 OPERATION STARTING METHOD OF DIRECT ENERGIZING TYPE WASTE FUSING DISPOSAL FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the generation of the Joule heat in an energizing type waste fusing disposal and eliminate the ununiformity of heating due to the instability of energizing by a method wherein the energizing is started after an electrode is imbedded in a specific fusion initiating agent. CONSTITUTION:For the preparation of a fusion initiating agent, the specific resistance value is required to be 1-200OMEGAcm. The formulating proportion of the fusion initiating agent having the specific resistance value within the range of 1-200OMEGAcm is obtained within the range of conductive material 50-90wt% and slug activiator 10-50wt%. The operation starting of a furnace 1 is as per following procedure, that is, initially, a rotary feeder 15 is operated by a motor 16 during fixed time, before the operation starting of a furnace, a fusion initiating agent 12 is supplied on a slug 19 under high temperature fused conditin, electrodes 4 are imbedded. Subsequently, the electrodes 4 are energized, alternate electric voltage is impressed to generate the Joule heat and start the fusing heating. Thereafter, the waste to be disposed is introduced from a hopper 8, then fusion disposal is started without existing of the generation of dust under the stable electric power consumption.
