PURPOSE:To make a flow rate control valve and a related piping unnecessary, and also to minimize a motor driving force by controlling a motor for driving a pump so that a number of revolution of the pump correspond to a desired flow rate. CONSTITUTION:Detecting signals from a flow meter 6 and a liquid level detector 7 are inputed to a motor driving controller 14, and the driving controller 14 operates a send-out flow rate based on both the detecting signals, and also operates a number of revolution of a pump 4 corresponding to this send-out flow rate. Also, the driving controller 14 outputs a driving signal 15 to a motor 3 so as to drive the pump 4 by the operated number of resolution. According to this constitution, a flow rate control valve, a bypass line, a low quantity escape line and a related valve can be disused, therefore, the cost of equipment can be reduced remarkably. Also, since a driving force corresponding to the send-out flow rate will do, the running cost can be reduced. |
