PURPOSE:To enable to effectively utilize a wiring lattice as well as to contrive miniaturization of a semiconductor device by a method wherein a wiring to be connected to a resistance element, a wiring located adjoining to said wiring and an aperture to be used for connection are provided on the prescribed wiring lattice. CONSTITUTION:The width and the length of a resistance element are changed for the purpose of obtaining the prescribed resistance value. Apertures 24, 25 and 25 to be used for connection of the resistance element 12 are arranged on a wiring lattice. Also, wirings 34-36 (hunting part) are connected to the resistance element 12 through the intermediary of the apertures 24-26 and they are arranged on the wiring lattice. Wirings 37 and 38 are also arranged on the prescribed wiring lattice. Each aperture part, each wire and the like can be arranged on the wiring lattice while the prescribed resistance value is being maintained by changing the shape of resistance as above-mentioned. |
