发明名称 FLAME MONITORING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To monitor accurately the temperature distribution of a burner flame by a method wherein a flame information is held as a luminunce video signal, then a furnace wall and the burner flame are discriminated. CONSTITUTION:The video signal of the flame 102 of the burner 101 in a boiler 100 is branched with a branch pipe 2, then introduced to image pick up parts 4A, 4B via monochromic filters 3A, 3B. The video signal is converted to digital data with converters 5A, 5B and stored in memories 6A, 6B as dualistical digital luminance video data. A luminance ratio calculating part 7 calculates the luminance ratio of each image element correspond to the both video data, the temperature at each point of dualistical video signal is calculated in a temperature distribution calculating part 8. The furnace wall temperature is measured with a furnace wall temperature measuring part 9 among the results of temperature distribution calculation, a burner flame temperature distribution is selected with a clipping processing part 10 as the threshold value based on the flame temperature preset by the threshold value paresetting part 9A. The temperature difference is colored with a processing part 11 for very easy discrimination. The calculating part 11 calculates the flame average temperature, a display part 13 displays the flame temperature distribution and the flame average temperature.
